Shipping Information

All other orders will be shipped via UPS with charges calculated at checkout.

We also ship via US Mail ("If it fits, it ships"). If your order qualifies for reduced shipping, we automatically credit the difference back to you.


International / Non-Continental US
Please call for shipping rates outside the Continental United States.

Ohio Residents
Shipping charges to Ohio destinations are taxable.

Return Policy

  • Exclusions: No returns on digital media, special orders, or opened clothing items.
  • Time Limit: Returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt.
  • Restocking Fee: All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds may be denied subject to inspection.
  • Return Shipping: Items are returned at the customer's expense and must include insurance. We are not responsible for damage during return shipment.
  • How to Return an Item:
    1. Request an RMA: Before shipping, you must complete the Product Return Form on our website.
    2. Label the Box: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
    3. Documentation: Include a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return.
  • Damaged in Shipment?
    Please retain all packing materials and the damaged product for the claim inspector. Send photos of the damage to orders@lhtp.com with your invoice number in the subject line.
Backorders

Your entire order may not be in stock at the time of shipment. Backordered items will ship as soon as possible.

  • Cards are charged for items & shipping at the time of shipment.
  • Please contact us if you wish to cancel a backorder.
  • If a backorder is delayed unreasonably, please contact us to ensure it wasn't lost.
Shortages

If an item is missing and NOT marked as out of stock on your invoice, you must notify us within one week of receipt.

Check Carefully!
Many small items are wrapped individually or placed in small bags/envelopes. Please unpack all materials and open small boxes before reporting a shortage.
